The Chat bubble serves as your main point of contact for technical support and academic assistance. In some cases, the Chat bubble doesn't appear on Campus. Here is a step-by-step guide on the actions you need to take if you can't see the Chat bubble:
Common troubleshooting actions to start with
Log in to Campus and look for the Chat Bubble.
Log out, refresh your browser, and log back in.
Open Campus on a different browser
Copy the URL and paste it into a different browser such as: Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or any other browser to see if this solves the issue.
Make sure your Masterschool Chrome extension is installed only on one browser
If you have installed the Masterschool Chrome Extension (Campus) on multiple browsers, please make sure to remove it from any browsers that are not Chrome.
After removing the extension from other browsers, such as Brave, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox, open the Chrome browser and check if the Chat bubble appears.
Disable ad blockers and similar extensions:
Access browser settings and locate the settings menu, usually represented by three vertical dots or lines in the top-right corner of the browser window. Click on this menu to open a drop-down list.
Look for "
Extensions" in the settings menu. Click on the appropriate option to access your installed extensions.A tab will open, displaying a list of all the extensions installed in your browser. Scan the list to identify the ad blockers or any other extensions causing access issues.
Disable or remove the problematic extensions
After disabling or removing the problematic extensions, close your browser and reopen it. This step ensures that the changes take effect.
Clear cookies and cache
Clearing your cookies and cache removes temporary files and website data that your browser stores. This can help resolve issues related to website performance, loading errors, or login problems.
Open your Chrome browser.
Access browser settings: Look for the settings menu, usually represented by three vertical dots or lines in the top-right corner of the browser window. Click on this menu to open a drop-down list.
Navigate to

Clear" or "Delete" button to initiate the clearing process. This may take a few moments, especially if you have a large amount of data to clear.
After clearing the cookies and cache, close your browser completely and reopen it. This step ensures that the changes take effect.
Update your Chrome browser
Open your Chrome browser.
Look for the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser window, which represent the Chrome menu. Click on the menu to open a drop-down list.
Hover over the "
Help" option. This will expand another menu. On that menu, click the "About Google Chrome" option. This will open a new tab displaying information about your Chrome browser.Chrome will automatically check for updates and display the current version. If an update is available, it will begin downloading and installing it.
After the update is complete, you will see a button that says "
Relaunch" or "Restart." Click this button to close and reopen Chrome. This step is necessary for the changes to take effect.
Disable the use of your VPN
Depending on your device, open the settings menu.
In the settings menu, look for an option related to networks or connections. It may be labeled as "
Network & Internet," "Wireless & Networks," or similar. Tap this option to proceed.Within the network or connection settings, you should find a subsection specifically for VPN settings. Tap on the VPN option to access the
VPN settings.In the
VPN settings, you will see a list of installed VPN apps or configurations. Look for the VPN that is currently active or enabled. A toggle switch or a connected status usually indicates it.Dismiss or disable the VPN, tap on the toggle switch next to the active VPN. This will turn off the VPN connection.
