How to Sync your Campus Calendar with Google Calendar?

Keep track of all your live sessions and Masterschool events by syncing your Campus calendar with Google Calendar.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Calendar tab on Campus

  2. Look for the three-dot menu icon (β‹―) in the top right corner of your Campus calendar

  3. Select "Add this calendar to Google Calendar"

  4. In the pop-up window:

    • Copy the provided URL

    • Click "Open Google Calendar settings"

  5. In Google Calendar settings:

    • Paste the copied URL in the designated box

    • Click "Add Calendar"

  6. Return to your Google Calendar and enable the Masterschool calendar by checking the box in the left sidebar under "Other calendars"

    Sync Timing

    New events may take 6-24 hours to appear in your Google Calendar. Plan accordingly, especially for last-minute changes to avoid missing any sessions.

    One-Way Sync

    The sync works as a one-way export from Campus to Google Calendar. You cannot add events to your Campus calendar through Google Calendar.

    Privacy

    Rest assured that your private Google Calendar events remain completely private. Masterschool cannot access any of your personal calendar information.

    Calendar Compatibility

    Currently, this sync feature is only compatible with Google Calendar. Other calendar services (such as Outlook) are not supported at this time.
